In the modern age, the life of modern man has changed as much as possible and has reached other dimensions. First of all, the use of the digital world, media and electronic devices has brought many benefits, but also many harms. Although the way they are used is very important, they are used in different ways and at the same time, by developing addiction, more harm than benefit has come to the fore. Children born in the 2000s have started to grow up in these conditions and environment. It is true that it has contributed significantly to life in terms of convenience. In this way, the world has become a small village. In the meantime, however, it should not be forgotten what these developments have added to our spiritual and moral world. There has been a lot of progress in terms of learning and technological advances in every field. At the same time, from a health perspective, there have been significant changes. Many bad diseases that could have been caused by laboratory-derived or industrialized, processed foods have emerged as a result.

What is used and done for the benefit of mankind is always admirable, but the negative effects of what is not for the benefit of mankind have also led to bad outcomes for mankind. If science, technology and religion are practiced together, great developments are likely to occur; otherwise, more problems and troubles will arise.

In the modern age, an important behavior that modern man must do is to follow the developments without forgetting himself and knowing what he is doing.
