Our brain, and therefore our soul, can only be fully satisfied if we discard unnecessary things and make room for things that are necessary and good for us. If we want to make ourselves happy and comfortable, we need to engage in things that are good for our psychology. A person's body and soul are at ease when they are filled with useful things.

We should not ignore all the beauty and blessings we have been given as human beings.
